Job Description:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers. Handle the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Documentation: Manage and maintain all employee files and documentation, including employment contracts, personal data, and official paperwork, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Legal Compliance: Ensure the company’s full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on any legislative changes.
Social Insurance: Handle all procedures related to the Social Insurance office, including registering new employees, processing monthly payments, and managing all related paperwork accurately and on time.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Document Control: Organize and maintain all company documents, both in physical files (hard copy) and electronically (soft copy), ensuring a secure and easily retrievable filing system.
Fleet Management: Take full responsibility for the company’s trucks, including tracking, managing, and renewing all necessary vehicle licenses to ensure they are always valid.
Attendance & Leave Management: Track and monitor employee attendance, vacations, and sick leaves, maintaining accurate records in the HR system.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and contribute to fostering a positive company culture and a productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in a similar HR and Administration role.
In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance procedures is mandatory.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in Arabic and good command English.
